PodPins: How I recognize hard work and success.
Determined to recognize the hard work of my team at RED VELVET and to have an excuse to use the Glowforge, POD PINS were born. Each person who worked on a program on-site OR were a part of the main POD (what we called the assigned team members to a program) received a tiny magnet to proudly display on their desk for all to see. Each of these cute baby designs was inspired by the project itself, from the Mardi Gras mask for the 2023 RECA Knockout Night theme, blow up air dancers for Tito’s pool party, or guitar for Still Austin Whiskey’s partnership with UT Austin at Longhorns City Limits. These little guys were a labor of love as I was often found in the creative room at midnight painting each one by hand.
